1Remote advice

We can offer limited advice by phone or WhatsApp for general animal-health questions and follow-up after a visit. Remote advice does not replace a physical examination, and Dr. Colleta will ask to see your animal whenever an examination is needed.

Remote advice follows the Kenya Veterinary Board’s guidance on veterinary telemedicine.

2Prescription medicines

Prescription-only medicines are supplied only after an examination. We don’t give dosing instructions for prescription medicines by phone, WhatsApp or online.

3Information on this website

Articles, guides and videos are general guidance, not a substitute for examination. Always seek veterinary advice about your own animals.

4Requests are not bookings

Sending the request form does not create an appointment. An appointment exists once Dr. Colleta has confirmed it with you.

5Accuracy and changes

We keep this website accurate and up to date, but services, areas and prices can change. These terms may be updated; the date above shows the current version.

6Photos and content

Text, photos, videos and design on this website belong to Paws & Herds or are used with permission. Please ask before reusing them.
