How a visit works

Four simple steps, from request to follow-up

  1. 1

    Request

Call, WhatsApp or send a request with a few details about your animals.

  2. 2

    We confirm

Dr. Colleta calls or WhatsApps to agree a time, the visit details and any deposit.

  3. 3

    We visit

At your home, farm or stable — with the equipment the visit needs.

  4. 4

    Follow-up

Written advice and a reminder when the next vaccination or deworming is due.

A request isn’t a confirmed appointment until Dr. Colleta has spoken with you.

She explains what she finds in plain language — in English or Kiswahili — and agrees costs with you before treatment goes ahead.
